Director, Forensic Advisory

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Director to join our growing forensic team. Whether your expertise lies in forensic accounting, corporate investigations, digital forensics, eDiscovery, analytics, financial crime or a related discipline, this is an opportunity to play a leading role in building a new practice and helping define its future.

You will lead complex client engagements, act as a trusted advisor to clients and help organisations navigate critical business, regulatory and reputational challenges. This role offers the opportunity to work across disciplines, contribute to business development initiatives and support the continued growth of our forensic offering.

Key Responsibilities

As a Director, you will play a leading role in shaping and growing our forensic practice, leading complex client engagements and serving as a trusted advisor to clients facing critical business, regulatory and reputational challenges.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading complex forensic engagements and multidisciplinary teams across a range of industries and jurisdictions.
• Acting as a senior advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance during high-profile and time-critical situations.
• Building and strengthening client relationships, supporting business development initiatives and contributing to the growth of the practice.
• Leading and developing teams while fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
• Working across Teneo's integrated platform to deliver innovative and commercially focused solutions for clients.

Key Skills & Experience

You will have an established track record of leading complex engagements, building trusted client relationships and delivering high-quality outcomes in a professional services, advisory, consulting, forensic or investigations environment.

• Significant experience in one or more forensic disciplines, including forensic accounting, corporate investigations, digital forensics, eDiscovery, analytics, financial crime or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex engagements across multiple stakeholders and jurisdictions.
• Strong commercial acumen, with experience contributing to business development, client growth and market-facing activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage confidently with senior executives, legal counsel, regulators and other decision-makers.
• Proven leadership capability, including experience developing teams and fostering an inclusive and high-performing culture.
