Job summary

Hong Kong Cyberport Management Co Ltd is seeking a Manager to lead blockchain and digital asset projects, coordinating with regulators, FinTech firms and financial institutions to advance tokenisation and payment use cases. Qualifications

• More than eight years of relevant experience in fintech, financial services, digital assets, or regulatory/public-sector projects.
• Bachelor-level degree in business, finance, economics, IT, CS, or related discipline.
• Postgraduate qualification in PM, fintech, blockchain, digital assets, compliance, or risk management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall project management of blockchain and digital asset projects and related pilots with regulators.
• Coordinate with government bureaus, regulators, asset managers and financial institutions.
• Manage participant sourcing, onboarding, and documentation; conduct due diligence and eligibility checks.
• Facilitate use-case development, workshops, and business matching in digital asset contexts.
• Support governance, budgeting, risk, and issue tracking with formal records.
• Deliver participant briefings, knowledge sharing, and guidance materials.
• Prepare management reports and translate findings into actionable insights for regulators.
• Handle ad hoc duties as assigned.
