Job summary

Tokalent is recruiting a Blockchain Engineer for a leading Blockchain Infrastructure Company in Hong Kong. You will architect and build blockchain-based digital assets applications for financial services, contributing to 0-to-1 product development with a hands-on approach.

You should have 4–5+ years in software engineering, 2+ years in Solidity, and strong experience with Ethereum, smart contracts, and CI/CD; DeFi project exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and strong CS fundamentals.
• 2+ years of experience building and releasing production-grade Solidity contracts.
• Deep understanding of the Ethereum Virtual Machine and gas optimization; experience deploying complex smart contract systems to the Ethereum main net.
• Experience in Agile, CI/CD environments.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build blockchain-based and digital assets applications for the financial services industry.
• Contribute to the development of blockchain technologies – smart contracts and dApps on EVM networks.
• Design, implement, and refine smart contracts (primarily in Solidity).
• Work with designers, PMs, and other engineers to create high-quality applications.
