Job summary

Centre for Immunology & Infection (C2i) is seeking a Research Assistant I to contribute to cutting-edge multi-omics analyses in immunology and translational biomedical research. The role involves data analysis, pipeline development, and collaboration with scientists and clinicians at HKU-related facilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences, Bioinformatics, Biomedical Sciences, Computational Biology, or related discipline.
Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze and interpret biological and clinical datasets.
Bioinformatics & Computational Work: Develop, implement, and maintain analysis pipelines for high-throughput biological data.
Research Support: Collaborate with scientists, clinicians, and project teams and assist in reports/publications.
