VIRCON, a leading BIM consultancy, invites applications for BIM modeling and coordination within local construction projects in Hong Kong. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and managing BIM solutions to improve project performance and deliverables.

Qualified candidates have a diploma or higher in related fields and experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks. The position offers a 5-day work week and a competitive remuneration package.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in architecture, civil or building services related field.
• BIM experience is advantageous.
• Proficient in BIM modeling using Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.

Responsabilités

• Participate in BIM consultancy services for local construction projects.
• Perform BIM modeling, resolve technical issues, and report to the BIM Project Manager.

Job Responsibilities

Participate in BIM consultancy services in local construction projects.

Perform BIM modeling, resolve technical problems and report to the BIM Project Manager.

Requirements

High Diploma or above in Architecture / Civil Engineering / Building Services Engineering / Construction or related disciplines.

Experience in BIM related work will be greatly advantageous.

Software knowledge in BIM modeling (Autodesk Revit and Navisworks).

Candidates with more experience may be considered for the BIM Project Coordinator role.
