Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited, a leading E&M engineering contractor in Hong Kong, invites high-caliber professionals to join the BIM team. You will handle BIM modeling for Building Services projects, coordinate with stakeholders to prepare E&M BIM models, and advise on design modifications and variations.

The role requires a Diploma or above in Building Services/Engineering and proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, with strong English and Chinese communication and good teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Building Services / Construction / Engineering or related disciplines.
• Knowledge in BIM Technical / Development / Rendering.
• Familiar in using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks for drawings and model coordination.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for handling BIM modeling works for Building Services projects.
• Coordinate and work with other parties to prepare E&M BIM Models.
• Modify and advise on altering design, variations and changes.
• Attend and assist in project coordination meetings.
