Zhong-Shan-Engineering-Company-Limited is seeking an experienced BIM Draftsman in Hong Kong to create Building Information Models and provide onsite support to the operation team. You will coordinate design issues across departments, liaise with contractors for BIM drawings, and report progress to management, ensuring document accuracy and compliance with BIM standards.

The role requires 2 years BIM experience with a related degree or 3 years with a Higher Diploma, strong knowledge of Revit and

Qualifications

• 2 years BIM experience with related degree
• 3 years BIM experience with Higher Diploma and related discipline
• Ability to generate construction CSD & ISD drawings from Revit BIM model is preferred
• Good knowledge of Revit and Navisworks
• Knowledge of other software: Dynamo, Synchro, Fuzor, Lumion 3D, SketchUp, Photoshop, After Effects
• CCBC/MHKIBIM preferable

Responsabilités

• Create Building Information Models and provide onsite support and advisory services to the operation team.
• Collaborate and coordinate design issues with departments and parties.
• Liaise with contractors to produce CSD, CBWD and related BIM drawings.
• Report BIM coordination progress, drawing production progress and BIM data to management.
• Ensure accuracy of construction documents.
• Create BIM models for tender submissions per BIM requirements.
• Coordinate with consultants, architects and internal teams to deliver projects using BIM models.
• Implement BIM standards and processes.
