Job summary

Penta-Ocean Construction Co Ltd is seeking a skilled CAD/BIM professional to prepare construction drawings for submissions and maintain 3D BIM models across architectural, structural, MEP and civil disciplines in Hong Kong. You will generate 2D drawings from 3D models and support ad hoc projects.

The ideal candidate has a Higher Diploma or above in construction-related fields and at least 5 years of CAD/BIM experience in Hong Kong, with proficiency in AutoCAD, MicroStation and BIM tools;

Qualifications

• Higher Diploma or above in Construction Management / Structural Engineering / Building Services or related disciplines
• 5 years relevant experience in CAD drawings and/or BIM modeling and coordination for construction projects in Hong Kong
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and MicroStation
• Good knowledge of BIM software and BIM collaboration platforms
• Hands-on experience in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, Civil3D is an advantage
• Well versed in PC MS Office operation
• Independent, initiative and positive working attitude

Responsibilities

• Prepare construction drawing for submissions
• Maintain construction drawing filing system
• Develop and maintain accurate, highly detailed 3D BIM models (Architectural, Structural, MEP and Civil) based on project specifications.
• Generate and extract 2D drawings from the 3D models
• Provide support to ad hoc assignments / projects
