Job summary

REC Engineering Company Limited is seeking a BIM professional to support presentation material preparation, client communications, and BIM workflow optimization in our New Territories location. The role focuses on monitoring BIM model quality, coordinating with multiple stakeholders, and applying innovative technologies to BIM processes.

The ideal candidate holds a Diploma/Certificate in related fields, CCBC BIM certification, and at least 3 years of BIM experience, with preference for Fuzor or

• Diploma or Certificate in Civil/ Architecture / Construction Management / Building Services Engineering / Electrical/ Mechanical or related disciplines.
• Holder of a CCBC qualification or BIM-related certification.
• Minimum 3 years or above work experience in BIM.
• Familiar with BIM software; experience with Fuzor or other rendering/visualisation software is preferred.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.

Requirement:

• Diploma or Certificate above in Civil/ Architecture / Construction Management / Building Services Engineering / Electrical/ Mechanical or related disciplines;
• Holder of a CCBC qualification or equivalent BIM-related certification.
• Minimum 3 years or above work experience in BIM;
• Familiar in using BIM software and tools, experience with Fuzor or other rendering or visualisation software is preferred;
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
