Job summary

Cargolux Airlines in Hong Kong seeks a billing accountant to review invoices in the Internal Cargo System and prepare billing data for the IATA Clearing System. The role requires handling customer accounts and supporting special projects as needed.

Qualifications

• University graduate or equivalent in Business Administration or Accounting.
• Relevant 1 to 3 years' working experience in Accounting.
• Experience of using SAP is preferable.
• Good command in English and Cantonese.
• Proficient in MS applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Familiar with Excel Pivot Table and VLOOKUP; Visual Basic is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Checking and reviewing invoice from Internal Cargo System.
• Issuing and submitting billing data in the IATA Clearing System.
• Maintaining customers' accounts in internal system as necessary.
• Supporting ad-hoc projects and assignments as required.
