Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Finance Operations professional for a premier global client in the advisory sector. You will manage end-to-end client billing, AR, and project accounting workflows to ensure accurate revenue recognition and timely collections.

The role involves WIP monitoring, cost tracking, profitability analysis, and reconciliations. You will also support intercompany processes, regional reporting across APAC, and compliance with audit and tax requirements.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• 3+ years hands-on accounting experience with a focus on client billing, accounts receivable, and project accounting.
• Experience in professional services, consulting, advertising, or project-based environments preferred.
• Solid understanding of management accounting, balance sheet controls, and cash flow forecasting.
• Proficient in MS Excel and ERP platforms such as NetSuite or SAP.

Responsibilities
