Job summary

BIT is seeking a Community Operations Specialist to drive engagement across WeChat/WeCom, Discord, Telegram, and in-app communities. You will manage day-to-day operations, execute high-frequency campaigns (5 monthly, 2–3 flash campaigns), and grow a vibrant US-stock investing community in a fast-paced fintech environment.

The role offers hands-on ownership from execution to shaping future community strategies, with opportunities to build the community system from the ground up and work closely

Qualifications

• 1–3 years in community operations, independently run WeChat groups, Telegram, or forum-style communities.

Responsibilities

• Daily community management: keep communities orderly and active; respond to questions promptly.
• Campaigns in the community: translate campaign plans into community actions and timelines.
• Community content: plan and publish ongoing content and topics at a steady cadence.
• Bilingual communication: manage Chinese and English communities in parallel; post in English where needed.
• User feedback: convert recurring questions and suggestions into actionable takeaways.
