Job summary

Michael Page International (HK) Ltd is recruiting for a BI Developer to build and deliver Power BI dashboards and analytics solutions. You will refine SSAS Tabular models, create DAX measures and KPIs, and implement RLS for secure data access.

You will also optimize performance with partitioning and aggregations, integrate data from SQL Server/Oracle via Power Query, and support BI governance across Dev/Test/Prod environments.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Power BI development experience delivering professional reports.
• Hands-on SSAS Tabular modelling experience with proven project exposure.
• Strong DAX skills including time intelligence and complex calculations.
• Proficient in SQL/T-SQL for data querying and transformations.
• Skilled in Power Query/M for ETL and data shaping.
• Understanding of star/snowflake schema and data warehouse design.
• Knowledge of other BI tools such as Tableau or Qlik is advantageous.
• Familiar with Git or similar version control tools.
• Strong analytical mindset, clear communicator, and self-driven working style.
• Degree in IT/Computer Science; Microsoft BI certifications preferred.
