Job summary

Chubb Life is seeking a Senior Manager, Bermuda Finance to lead financial operations, reporting, and governance. The role requires deep knowledge of finance and insurance processes and prioritizes accuracy, efficiency, and compliance across reporting and operations.

You will collaborate with HK Finance, FP&A, operations, and system teams to enable scalable processes and better risk oversight as business volume grows. Strong leadership and communication are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; HKICPA or equivalent required.
• 10+ years in senior finance/controllership roles with governance exposure.
• Strong knowledge of finance and insurance processes and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting in support of business objectives.
• Prepare forecasts and analyses including LDTI and regulatory returns for senior management.
• Oversee payables/receivables, reconciliations, and related accounting activities.
• Manage cash flow and working capital to sustain financial strength.
• Define end-to-end processes across policy issuance, commission, premium collection, and reinsurance.
• Strengthen governance, segregation of duties, and escalation protocols.
• Drive process improvements to increase efficiency and scalability.
