Job summary

Gain Miles Assurance Consultants Limited is hiring an Employee Benefits Consultant in Hong Kong. You will manage a portfolio of corporate benefits clients, work with relationship managers, and deliver high service standards, policy retention, and effective implementation of benefits solutions.

You will collaborate on broking services, engage with insurers, analyze market trends, and prepare proposals and reports for HR departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree with 3–5 years in Employee Benefits in broker firm or insurer preferred.
• Holder of IIQE papers I, II & III are highly preferable.
• Detail‑oriented, customer focused with effective client relationship and communication skills.
• Capable of working independently and as a motivated team player.
• Good written and spoken English and Chinese communications.
• Proficient with MS Office suite including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate in relationship management and ensure client servicing and renewals are handled quickly and professionally.
• Assist in providing professional broking services to corporate clients for employee benefits solutions.
• Build strong relationships with insurers and negotiate favorable terms.
• Analyze market trends and provide recommendations to improve client retention.
• Liaise with insurers to compare quotations and prepare client proposals and reports.
• Analyze claims data and prepare comprehensive reports for clients' HR departments.
• Undertake other duties to support the team and clients.
