Job summary

Are you an experienced barista who cares deeply about coffee, hospitality, and doing things properly? If you’re confident behind the bar, genuinely enjoy connecting with people, and want to be part of an independent specialty coffee company with high standards and a friendly culture, we’d love to hear from you.

Ideally you will have these qualities:

Strong customer connection skills — you know how to read people and make their day better

Knowledge of espresso extraction and brewing methods at a specialty coffee level

Able to take on all round responsibilities that are involved in running a successful cafe smoothly
