Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Barista who crafts premium coffee drinks with warmth and personality. You’ll greet guests, serve beverages, and keep the station inviting and tidy.

Requirements include at least 2 years of barista experience, a passion for coffee, skill with espresso machines and latte art, and good English and Chinese communication. Mandarin or other languages are a plus. We are an equal opportunity employer.

As the Barista at Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong, you'll serve more than great coffee - you'll serve connection, creativity, and comfort in every cup. Whether it's a guest's first espresso or a daily ritual, you craft each drink with precision, warmth, and personality.

Every day is different, but you'll mostly be:

• Preparingand serving premium coffee beverages with care
• Keeping your station clean, efficient, and welcoming
• Engaging guests in friendly conversation about coffee and daily life
• Supporting the café or lounge team during service rushes
• Participating in tastings and seasonal product development

What we need from you

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a barista in quality-focused cafes or hotels
• Passionate about coffee, curious about new brewing methods
• Skilled in espresso machines, latte art, and basic maintenance
• Friendly, outgoing, and always ready to connect with guests
• Good commandin English and Chinese; Mandarin or other languages is an advantage
