Job summary

Kimpton Tsim Sha Tsui Hong Kong is seeking a Bartender to craft memorable experiences through signature cocktails and engaging service. You will design menus, suggest drinks, and contribute to a lively, inclusive bar atmosphere in a premium venue.

Requirements include 2+ years in upscale venues, deep knowledge of spirits and wines, and strong storytelling through beverages. English fluency is essential; Cantonese/Mandarin is a plus.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 2 years' experience in upscale or lifestyle venues.
• Solid knowledge of spirits, wines, and classic cocktails.
• Passion for storytelling through drinks and engaging conversation.
• Great team player with a collaborative spirit.
