The Ritz-Carlton International Commerce Centre in Kowloon, Hong Kong seeks a group coordinator/host(ess) for banquet events. You will welcome guests, read event orders, determine setup and timelines, and address special requests to ensure a flawless experience.

This full-time, non-management role requires upholding The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, following safety procedures, and collaborating with team to deliver exceptional luxury service to every guest.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
• Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
• Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
• License or Certification: None

Responsabilités

• Greet guests and coordinate group functions, ensuring introductions and smooth flow.
• Read banquet event orders to determine setup, timeline, and guest needs.
• Uphold The Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards and safety policies.
• Develop positive working relationships with team and respond to special guest requests.
