You will lead end-to-end delivery across Payments, Cards, Brokerage or ATM platforms, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate cross-functional teams, and engage senior stakeholders to align with business and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline.
• Proven IT Project Manager experience in a large banking environment.
• Strong track record delivering banking transformation or modernisation projects.
• Experience in Payments, Cards, Brokerage or ATM domains.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior executives.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of banking technology projects and transformation programmes.
• Drive modernisation initiatives across Payments, Cards, Brokerage or ATM platforms.
• Partner with business users, technology teams and vendors to ensure successful project execution.
• Manage project scope, timeline, budget, risks and dependencies.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and oversee project governance activities.
• Engage and influence senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to management.
• Ensure solutions align with business requirements, regulatory standards and technology strategy.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering committee discussions.
• Support change management, testing, deployment and post-implementation activities.
