Job summary

APJ Hong Kong is seeking a Test Lead / Testing Manager for Banking projects. You will lead end-to-end UAT and system testing, including test planning, design, execution, defect management, progress tracking and go-live recommendations.

Collaborate with business users, project stakeholders and technical teams to ensure coverage and timely issue resolution. Prepare strategies, data and documentation in line with banking regulations. Fluent English and Cantonese are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in UAT, system testing, or test management within banking.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute end-to-end UAT and system testing for banking projects, including test planning, design, execution, defect management, progress tracking and go-live recommendations.
• Collaborate with business users, project stakeholders and technical teams to ensure testing coverage and timely issue resolution.
• Prepare test strategies, scenarios, data and documentation in accordance with project requirements and banking regulations.
• Identify, log, track and retest defects, ensuring timely resolution and minimal impact on timelines.
• Support project implementation activities and provide testing guidance throughout the lifecycle.
• Monitor testing progress, analyze results and provide regular status updates to management and project teams.
