Job summary

The role requires 4+ years in banks or large tech/consulting firms, strong English and Chinese communication, and hands-on experience with TestComplete, Selenium, or Katalon. Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely issue resolution and smooth production validation.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Engineering or related disciplines.
• Strong understanding of advance digital working methodologies including agile, lean, value stream mapping and design thinking.
• Proficiency in English and Chinese with good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in system user requirement discussion, collaborate with project teams to clarify requirements and refine user requirement documentation.
• Formulate test plan, test approach, test scenarios, test cases; prepare test accounts and environments; lead automated test script development and execute tests.
• Participate in user acceptance testing, regression testing, production validation, and trial runs to validate system quality for product process enhancements and system optimization projects.
• Document, report, track, and verify test results; coordinate with development teams to prioritize and resolve defects.
• Support user training, provide testing assistance, and prepare relevant operational guidelines and instructional materials.
• Assist in managing key systems to support continuous operational improvement; maintain user access rights and update knowledge database.
