Job summary

Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Asia) Limited (ICBC (Asia)) is seeking a seasoned professional to lead user acceptance testing planning, development of test cases, and post-implementation support within its banking product and project teams in Hong Kong.

The role requires strong data analysis, report drafting for management, and hands-on assistance with hardware/software setup, while providing administrative support to the department and contributing to cross-functional initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' product management and project development experience in banking.
• Strong understanding of a bank's product discipline.
• Excellent presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure.
• Good communication and analytical skills.
• Proficient in English and Chinese, Putonghua preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop UAT plans, strategies and test cases from business requirements.
• Assist in installation and setup of hardware, software, and networks.
• Draft, edit and finalize clear, well-structured reports for management.
• Collect and interpret data to produce actionable decision-support reports.
• Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Participate in other ad-hoc departmental tasks as required.
