• 3-6 years working as a QA tester.
• Create test plan for each sprint, manage test process, review test deliverables based on functional requirements and software design technical specifications.
• Ensure complete coverage of all the use cases, test cases, and work‑flows.
• Review test strategies and ensure all various kinds of testing, e.g. functional, performance, stress, acceptance, etc. getting well covered.
• Ensure that several testing and validation processes are improved continuously. Publish the improvements to all stakeholders.
• Analyze test results and prepare detailed or summary QA test reports to senior management of Information Technology department and all the stakeholders respectively.
• Tests through GUI with additional validation using SQL (ORACLE).
• Sign off the QA test plan.
• Fluent speaking (Mandarin and Cantonese) and written (Simplified and Traditional) communication in Chinese.
• Familiarity with any defect‑tracking tool like JIRA.
