Morgan Mckinley Limited is seeking a seasoned banking project professional to lead end-to-end system enhancements, gather operational needs, and draft comprehensive user requirements. The role emphasizes coordinating UAT and aligning business parameters with project objectives.

You will drive AI, OCR and RPA initiatives within banking workflows, collaborate with cross‑functional teams and vendors, and deliver smooth rollouts with strong risk awareness.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Minimum 5 years' banking project experience.
• Heads-on PM experience with AI/RPA implementations.
• Understanding of core banking products, workflows and risks.
• Proficient in data analysis and advanced MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and coordination; English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end system enhancement projects, including gathering operational needs and drafting comprehensive user requirement specifications.
• Coordinate and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure accurate setup and execution of business parameters.
• Participate in and drive smart automation initiatives, focusing on OCR, RPA, and AI integration within banking workflows.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and technical vendors to ensure smooth project rollout and process optimization.
