Job summary

Randstad Hong Kong Limited is seeking a Contract Operations Officer to support bank confirmation and audit processes in our Operations & IT Division in Hong Kong. The role covers end-to-end processing, filing, and data gathering to prepare management reports.

You will handle special charge applications, bankruptcy verifications, and maintain training logs and specimen signatures, while collaborating with teammates to meet tight deadlines and ensure accuracy in all records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or above; university degree preferred.
• Prior banking operations experience is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint with basic data analysis skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative team mindset.
• Proven ability to multi-task effectively and perform under pressure.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
• Immediate availability is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle audit and bank confirmation applications, including end-to-end processing and systematic filing.
• Perform special charge applications and bankruptcy case verification checks.
• Maintain accurate departmental records, including organizational charts, specimen signatures, and training logs.
• Assist in consolidating data and information to prepare comprehensive management documents and reports.
• Provide ongoing administrative and clerical support to the wider department.
• Perform ad-hoc operational duties as assigned by the Supervisor.
