Job summary

Ambition in Hong Kong seeks a UAT specialist to design and execute testing across web, mobile, messaging, and self-service channels. You will develop UAT strategies, plans, and schedules to ensure solutions meet business needs and customer experience expectations.

You will lead end-to-end UAT activities, document outcomes, log defects, and collaborate with technology teams and partners to ensure smooth deployment and release validation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, or digital services.
• Proven experience in UAT, QA, business testing, or digital delivery.
• Strong understanding of digital channels and customer journeys across web/mobile/conversational interfaces.
• Hands-on experience in test planning, development, execution, defects, and release validation.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented with strong analytical/problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Design, prepare, and maintain UAT scenarios, test cases, and scripts for enhancements and new features across digital platforms.
• Develop and execute UAT strategies, test plans, and testing schedules to ensure business requirements and customer experience.
• Conduct end-to-end UAT, document outcomes, identify defects, and collaborate with tech teams and partners to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to review requirements, define acceptance criteria, and assess readiness.
• Participate in deployment verification, release validation, and post-implementation testing for smooth introductions of new features.
• Maintain comprehensive testing documentation, including evidence, defect logs, reports, approvals, and audit records.
