Job summary

Major Bank is seeking a Technical Analyst to lead the evaluation, implementation and ongoing support of automated testing solutions across banking platforms. You will liaise with vendors to define technical requirements and coordinate with internal IT teams to install and configure tools such as TestComplete, Selenium and Playwright.

Strong CI/CD and version control experience, plus fluent English and Chinese, are required.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, IT or related subjects.
• Solid experience in application and software development; banking experience is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools such as TestComplete, Selenium, Playwright, etc.
• Good understanding of CI/CD integration and version control.
• Proficient in Chinese and English communications.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, implement and adopt automated testing solutions for banking platforms.
• Liaise with vendors on technical requirements of the solutions.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal IT teams to install and configure testing tools.
• Promote the use of automated testing among developers, testers and users.
• Provide on-going support and troubleshooting for the tools.
