Job summary

TEKsystems supports a leading retail organization in Hong Kong on a large-scale transformation to replace a legacy platform with a modern microservices architecture.

The QA team will drive SIT, End-to-End testing, and UAT across PLM, supply chain, finance, inventory and sales platforms. You will craft clear test cases, document defects, and collaborate with business users, managers, and technology teams. Cantonese and English fluency are required; 2–5 years QA experience is expected.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of QA / Manual Testing experience.
• Strong experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and UAT.
• Fluent Cantonese is required.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Execute manual testing activities across SIT, End-to-End Testing, and UAT
• Create and maintain clear, business-friendly test cases and test scripts
• Identify, document, and track defects through to resolution
• Perform API and integration testing across multiple interconnected systems
• Work closely with business users, project managers, architects, and technology teams
• Support test planning, test execution, defect triage, and status reporting
• Ensure testing documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle
