Job summary

Dah Sing Bank is seeking a skilled professional to manage projects related to wealth, private banking and retail banking. Reporting to the Team Head, you will provide business analysis and consulting as a solution architect and deliver quality project documentation.

You will coordinate feasibility studies, manage project plans, define user requirements, and support UAT, migration, and post-implementation reviews. Strong English and Chinese communications are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of banking or consulting experience.
• Experience with enterprise system deployment and reengineering preferred.
• Familiar with banking products, esp. retail banking or credit card.
• Proficient in English and Chinese.
• Certified Banker qualification is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Support feasibility study and solution sourcing.
• Manage or assist projects; coordinate stakeholders, prepare plans, track milestones.
• Assist in defining user requirements and obtain sign-offs.
• Develop requirement specs, UAT plan, and manuals; assist UAT and implementation.
• Support production migration, post-implementation review and issue resolution.
