Responsibilities

• Process cash and non-cash transactions, such as deposits, withdrawals, and transfers.
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a professional and courteous manner.
• Promote OCBC's products and services to customers, such as accounts, loans, and credit cards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports, and ensure compliance with bank policies and procedures.
