Job summary

Public Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a seasoned professional to oversee licensing operations and support Bancassurance and MPF activities. You will monitor insurance sales performance, ensure regulatory compliance, and coordinate between branches and bank partners to set up business programs.

The role requires a Finance or Business Administration degree, plus 5+ years in Bancassurance/MPF operations with relevant licenses; holding or pursuing officer qualifications is a plus.

Qualifications

• Degree holder in Finance or Business Administration or related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of Bancassurance & MPF operations and sales support experience, preferably in banking.
• Qualified as Responsible Officer with Insurance Authority & MPFA is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Responsible to perform licensing operations.
• Assist in monitoring insurance sales performance.
• Ensure the bank is in full compliance with Insurance & MPF regulations.
• Coordinate marketing units with bank partners to set up programs for achieving business targets.
• Handle administrative and operational work between branches, marketing units and bank partners (e.g. Product Due Diligence).
