Job summary

Collinson Group is seeking a dedicated B2B account support specialist in Hong Kong, based in Quarry Bay. You will assist with B2B account setup, service inquiries, and timely invoicing and reporting.

You’ll collaborate with Operations Managers to maintain expert knowledge across B2B products and processes, ensuring policy compliance and smooth operations. The role requires at least 3 years in customer services or operations, strong English Cantonese Putonghua, and MS Office proficiency.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration or related disciplines.
• Excellent English, Cantonese and Putonghua communication; Japanese N2 preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and problem‑solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support in ensuring B2B accounts are set-up and administered efficiently and effectively.
• Handle B2B clients’ enquiries and complaints.
• Identify and support on cases’ investigation and resolution issues.
• Responsible for the invoice/reports and other documentation with clients in a timely manner.
• Work with Operations Managers to acquire and maintain expert knowledge of all aspects of B2B accounts.
• Maintain a strong awareness of good practice business processes and policy compliance.
• Perform ad-hoc project as assigned.
