Job summary

CMB Wing Lung Bank Limited in Hong Kong is seeking an experienced project manager to own the full lifecycle of operation core systems and payment platforms, including SWIFT, FPS and CIPS. You will define product strategy and architecture to optimise system performance.

You will drive fintech adoption within operations, design technology-enabled platforms, and promote automation and digital solutions across business processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Financial Technology, Financial Engineering, Information Systems Management, Business Administration or related fields.
• PMP / PRINCE2 or other project management certifications are highly preferred.
• 5+ years of project management experience in banking.
• In-depth knowledge of HK/China payment & clearing systems (SWIFT, FPS, CHATS, CIPS) or financial market settlement platforms is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full product lifecycle of operational core systems and payment systems (SWIFT, FPS, CIPS, etc.), define product strategy and application architecture, and optimize system functions and business processes.

• Manage core banking operation systems including operation platforms, SWIFT and payment system as the system information owner, covering user administration, regulatory compliance and business continuity management.

• Structured and innovative mindset, proficient in process data analysis and process design; able to integrate fintech tools into process optimization, and translate business needs into actionable IT solutions. Hands-on experience in AI, data analytics or low-code development is desirable.




• Solid understanding of banking regulatory requirements, including anti-money laundering, tax compliance, operational risk and business continuity management.




• Excellent communication, logical thinking and stakeholder management skills; leadership and team management experience is preferred.




• Fluent in Mandarin, Cantonese and English.
