The role reports to the Legal and Compliance Department in Central and Western District.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of dedicated compliance or legal experience in trustee or private banking.
• Bachelor's degree or above in Law, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
• Deep understanding of trust compliance, fiduciary duties, regulatory frameworks, and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee trust compliance and governance across the business.
• Develop and implement compliance frameworks and controls for trust services.
• Provide strategic compliance advice to business units on regulatory and fiduciary matters.
• Coordinate with regulators, legal advisors, and external stakeholders.
