PineSearch Consulting partners with a bank to fill an AVP/Senior Associate role in HR, covering HR business partnering and talent acquisitions. This position focuses on strategic HR guidance and end-to-end recruitment within a banking environment.

The candidate will act as a trusted HR business partner, managing recruitment lifecycle and policy implementation, while leading HR projects and initiatives to align with business priorities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HR experience, preferably in financial or professional services
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good command of spoken and written English
• Multitasking and prioritization skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as strategic and trusted HR business partner to your assigned client group by providing HR advice and support
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process and employee life cycle
• Assist in formulating recruitment strategies with HR Business Partners and key stakeholders to attract top junior talent
• Implement HR policies within areas of responsibility and demonstrate understanding of business priorities and opportunities for HR contribution
• Manage a diverse set of HR projects and initiatives
• Support the development of human resources policies & procedures and ensure HR plans are well understood and implemented

Role Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years Human Resources experience preferably gained in financial or professional services firms
• Multi-tasked, resourceful and strong prioritization skill
• Ability to engage stakeholders at senior level
• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability, able to work independently
• Good command of spoken and written English
