Responsibilities

• Develop new retail loans and deposit products according to Bank's direction and market demand
• Review and enhance end-to-end processes for efficiency, compliance and risk control
• Communicate product matters with frontline units, supporting operations and internal control
• Develop strategy, promotions and tools to achieve budget targets
• Collaborate across departments to improve digital penetration and cross-selling
• Prepare regular and ad-hoc product and performance updates for top management
• Handle ad hoc tasks within the department as needed
