Job summary

OCBC Bank (Hong Kong) Limited is seeking a senior professional to oversee insurance operations and collaborate with Cluster Heads and Branch Managers. You will support frontline sales with guidance and expertise, coaching teams to elevate insurance knowledge and sales performance.

You will develop strategic sales plans to hit business targets while ensuring adherence to regulations and internal policies. Mentoring junior staff and delivering training to new hires are key responsibilities of this

Qualifications

• 8+ years banking experience in retail life insurance sales/coaching.
• Degree in finance, business administration, or related field.
• Professional certification in insurance (e.g. CPA, HKSI, IIQE).
• Proficient in using insurance software and related tools.
• Strong sales mindset with results orientation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in English, Chinese and Putonghua.

What we are looking for:

• Degree in finance, business administration, or a related field
• 8 years+ banking experience in retail life insurance business sales/coaching
• Associateship / Membership related in insurance industry is preferred
• Professional certification in insurance (e.g. CPA, HKSI, IIQE, etc)
• Proficient in using insurance software and other related tools
• Strong sales driven, result-oriented with good communication skills
• Proficiency in both written and spoken English, Chinese and Putonghua
