Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd is seeking a senior data science leader to design, build, and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions to support Corporate Banking.

You will lead end-to-end AI projects, establish scalable production pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed AI in risk, pricing, and client workflows.

This role requires 8+ years in data science/AI, strong Python/PySpark skills, and hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and cloud platforms.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related quantitative discipline.
• 8+ years of experience in data science/ML/AI with enterprise-scale initiatives.
• Proficiency in Python and PySpark for AI/ML model development.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, PyTorch, scikit-learn.
• Hands-on GenAI, LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and agentic frameworks.
• Experience with cloud/big data platforms (GCP Vertex AI, AWS, BigQuery, Spark).
• Advanced data visualization; Qlik Sense proficiency mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy GenAI and agentic AI solutions to drive digital transformation within Corporate Banking.
• Lead end-to-end AI initiatives including eKYC automation, workflow optimization, and sales-support agents.
• Develop and optimize analytics models for risk screening and dynamic pricing.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, product managers, and data engineers to productionize AI solutions.
• Establish robust frameworks for model development, evaluation, and deployment.
• Pilot emerging AI technologies to advance the bank's AI transformation.
