Job summary

Qualifications

• Universit y degree in Business Administration or related disciplines
• Proven understanding of onboarding processes and client documentation
• Strong English and Chinese written and spoken communication
• Experience with AML/KYC controls and regulatory requirements
• Experience in customer service within commercial banking is preferred
• Knowledge of China nexus clients and related policies is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge of KYC/CDD review for corporate customers is preferred

Responsibilities

• Manage clients through the full onboarding journey with complete documentation and timely processing
• Perform quality reviews of onboarding submissions and identify gaps/risks for consistent decision-making
• Be the primary customer-facing point of contact during account opening and provide proactive status updates
• Identify opportunities to cross-sell banking products aligned with business objectives
• Track case progress to meet service benchmarks and escalate delays or risks
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to obtain approvals and deliver a seamless onboarding experience
• Maintain accurate system updates and complete case records for auditability and continuity
