Job summary
Zhong Ou Asset Management International is seeking an Assistant Vice President, Business Development in Hong Kong to drive expansion across institutional and fund distribution channels. You will work with banks, securities firms, insurers, and professional investors in onshore and offshore markets to expand client relationships and AUM.
You will collaborate with investment, product, and compliance teams to tailor solutions and support execution, with a focus on maintaining strong client delivery
Qualifications
- Minimum 5–7 years in institutional sales, distribution, or related investment experience.
- Proven track record building institutional client bases and geographic markets.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluency in English; Mandarin/Mandarin/Cantonese is an advantage.
Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities with institutional clients in onshore and offshore markets.
- Manage client relationships through regular meetings and tailored pitches.
- Lead the sales lifecycle from prospecting to onboarding and mandate implementation.
- Grow assets under management for key institutional accounts.
