Job summary

Airport Authority Hong Kong (AA) invites high calibre talent to join us to promote the HKIA Logistics Park and drive growth in the aviation ecosystem. You will engage with airlines, freight forwarders, and direct customers to expand business and deliver value.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields, at least six years in aviation, and strong English and Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Transport, Aviation, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in aviation-related companies, with business development or sales background preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and result-oriented.
• Proactive and sales-oriented.
• Excellent command of English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).

Responsibilities

• Engage with airlines, freight forwarding companies, and direct customers to promote the HKIA Logistics Park (HKIALP).
• Approach target customers and drive shipment volume via the HKIALP.
• Nurture relationships with current customers to expand business.
• Assist in formulating and implementing business development plan and development of new services.
• Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring promotional events, seminars and networking functions.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends, opportunities, and threats.
