Job summary

Hong Kong Aero Engine Services Limited (HAESL) is seeking a materials and procurement professional to manage purchase orders, monitor engine build materials, and coordinate with multiple departments to ensure on‑time deliveries and efficient turnaround.

The role requires a degree in business/supply chain/engineering, at least 6 years of related experience, and strong English, analytical and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is required in Business Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of related working experience.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word/PowerPoint/Access).
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant.

Responsibilities

• Create purchase orders and track parts delivery according to engine test schedule.
• Closely monitor materials status required for engine build, identify items at risk and seek mitigation.
• Make decisions on material transfer/allocation to meet target test date.
• Liaise with other departments on setting kitting targets to meet engine milestone test date.
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure materials can be returned on time to meet the set kitting date.
• Manage customer-owned materials and make suitable material nominations.
• Support turnaround time objectives for continuous improvement of the section and morale.
• Working on Alternative Saturday is required.
