Job summary

HK Express is seeking a Supervisor, Engineering Commercial to manage supplier engagement and commercial aspects within Maintenance & Engineering. You will source, evaluate, and contract with suppliers for aircraft maintenance, components and services to ensure value, performance and regulatory compliance.

The role requires a degree and at least 4 years in airline engineering or procurement, with strong negotiation, coordination, and English/Chinese communication skills.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• Minimum 4 years’ relevant working experiences in airline engineering, procurement, MRO, or aviation related field.
• Understanding of sourcing, tendering, and contract administration processes.

Responsibilities

• Lead sourcing, evaluation and contract terms negotiations to optimize cost, service level and quality.
• Maintain supplier database, contract records, and performance tracking reports.
• Collaborate with maintenance & engineering, procurement, and legal teams to draft and approve contracts.
• Conduct market analysis to identify potential suppliers, pricing trends, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for engineering commercials.
