Job summary

PCI Group is hiring an Audio Visual (AV) Associate Solutions Engineer in Hong Kong. The role collaborates with sales to design AV system solutions, delivers product demonstrations, and supports POC setups with customers. Fresh graduates are welcome and fluent Cantonese, English, and Mandarin are required.

You will assist in gathering technical requirements for RFP/RFI responses and contribute to solution documentation, while engaging customers in a pre-sales capacity to showcase technology value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT/Engineering or related field
• Less than 1 year of experience; fresh graduates welcome
• Basic networking/PC knowledge; interest in AV tech, acoustics, IT infra or low-voltage systems
• Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin; strong communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

Requirements
