Job summary

Prime Connections International Holding Co., Limited is seeking a skilled Sales Executive/Sales Engineer in Hong Kong to drive business development for premier AV, visuals, and control solutions. You will identify new channels, nurture strategic partnerships, and deliver compelling pre-sales demonstrations to meet revenue targets.

The role requires a degree in a technology field, strong presentation skills, and fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• A strong passion for technology sales, pre-sales engineering, or consultative problem-solving.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
• A proactive, growth-oriented mindset with the ability to learn complex technical portfolios quickly.
• Adaptability to excel in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, with flexibility for occasional travel or after-hours client support.

Responsibilities

• Business Development: Identify, map, and pursue new commercial, corporate, and retail sales channels to consistently meet and exceed revenue targets.
• Relationship Management: Cultivate and deepen strategic partnerships with existing accounts, main contractors, interior designers, and corporate IT decision-makers.
• Technical Presentation & Promotion: Proactively promote the company's comprehensive portfolio. Deliver expert pre-sales technical consultations, live system demonstrations, and tailored solution pitches aligned with client operational needs.
• Proposal Formulation: Collaborate with internal pre-sales design engineers and premium product vendors to generate Bills of Materials (BOM) and competitive project quotations.
• Cross-Functional Handoff: Facilitate transfer of closed contracts to the project operations team, track client satisfaction through downstream maintenance phases.
