Job summary

Cathay Subsidiary Services is seeking a Digital Solution & Automation Analyst to own end-to-end delivery of digital tools and automation projects across Cathay Pacific’s diverse subsidiaries.

This role bridges business requirements and technical execution, using low-code/no-code platforms, data analytics and light coding to prototype, deploy and maintain solutions that boost efficiency and data-informed decision making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or strong technology background with relevant experience.
• 3-5 years in digital transformation, business process analysis or automation.
• Experience building apps, workflows, dashboards in low-code/no-code environments.
• Familiarity with agile development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Understand pain points, gather requirements and identify opportunities for digitalisation and automation.
• Translate requirements into practical solution designs, user stories and specifications.
• Build, test, deploy and maintain low-code/no-code tools, dashboards and lightweight databases.
• Support automation with Python scripting, API integrations and data handling.
• Explore emerging technologies to boost productivity and innovation.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to ensure secure, governance-aligned solutions.
