Job summary

Qualifications

• A Hong Kong bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Postgraduate Diploma/Certificate in Education from a HK institution or equivalent.
• Level 3 or above in Chinese and English language as per HKDSEE/HKCEE or equivalent.
• Minimum of 12 years' relevant experience in education, social work or rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Provide consultative advice to schools on the AIM Model and demonstrate effective strategies to teachers.
• Organise professional training for teachers on the AIM Model.
• Compile effective practices of schools and providers for AIM Model and Strength-Based Programmes.
• Assist in on-site visits to monitor Strength-Based Programmes implementation.
• Review and assess effectiveness of schools’ AIM Model implementation.
• Provide administrative support for NGO-School Collaboration Initiative.
• Monitor services provided by the NGO-School Collaboration Initiative.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
