Job summary

ESF in Hong Kong is seeking a Full-time Educational Assistant to join the Individual Needs Department at SIS. This role involves supporting students with learning needs, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), and working closely with teachers to foster inclusive practices in mainstream classrooms.

You will provide direct student support, implement strategies from the students support plan, keep progress records, and contribute to a collaborative school community.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English is essential.
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with students and colleagues.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and support inclusive practice.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to students, individually or in small groups, with tailored tasks.
• Implement strategies from the student support plan and by their Key Worker.
• Liaise with teachers to provide feedback on student engagement and progress.
