Job summary

Dtcpay in Hong Kong seeks a Compliance Associate/Manager to oversee regulatory compliance matters for a leading digital payments company. The role reports to the Chief Compliance Officer and drives licensing, regulatory reporting and policy development.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in HK compliance, strong knowledge of SFO/AMLO guidelines, and fluent English and Cantonese (Mandarin preferred). This is a full-time, on-site position based in Hong Kong.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of compliance experience in HK financial institutions or licensed entities.
• Knowledge of SFO, AMLO, C&ED and CR guidelines; digital assets and blockchain.
• Experience handling regulator inspections, enquiries or licence applications.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.

About the Role

DTCPAY, a leading digital payments company based in Singapore, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Compliance Associate/Manager to handle regulatory compliance matters.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain the Company's licences, including renewals, regulatory reports and statutory filings.
• Act as contact point with regulators and coordinate enquiries, inspections and requests.
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess the impact on the business.
• Review and maintain compliance framework, policies and procedures, ensure alignment with applicable laws, regulations, regulatory requirements and industry practices.
• Advise business teams on regulatory requirements for new products, partnerships, marketing materials and onboarding flows.
• Conduct compliance monitoring reviews and track issues to closure.
• Deliver compliance training and support internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in law, finance, business or a related field.
• At least 3 years of compliance experience in a Hong Kong financial institution, payment company, money service operator or SFC-licensed corporation, preferably with VA dealing or VATP experience.
• Sound knowledge of the SFO, AMLO and the relevant C&ED and CR guidelines, along with in-depth knowledge of digital assets and blockchain technology.
• Direct experience handling regulator inspections, enquiries or licence applications.
• Strong analytical and self-driven with good problem-solving skills.
• Fluent English and Cantonese; Mandarin preferred.
